The Office of Equity & Inclusion collaborates cross-departmentally with agencies and institutions. Together we identify the elements community associates with 'a good place to live' and how we can play a role in enhancing sense of belonging that equates to community members feeling at home long-term in Fort Collins and feel safe, seen, valued, welcomed, and celebrated.
