Code Compliance remained focused on resolving cases through voluntary compliance during the second quarter. Of the 1,655 cases opened, more than 90% were resolved through cooperation with property owners, with only 158 cases requiring enforcement action. These results reflect the teams continued emphasis on educating the community members and working collaboratively to achieve compliance before escalated enforcement becomes necessary.
