Trained Observer Program – Percentage of Parks and Rec Fac Grounds Ratings With No Problems

Parks and Recreation Facilities are currently below target for Q2 2026. The primary contributing factor appears to be the timing and impact of frozen staffing positions. Parks, like much of the organization, has been operating with reduced staffing capacity, which has created challenges in maintaining balanced service levels across multiple sites. As a result, some locations have been more difficult to maintain at the expected standard, contributing to the lower ratings this quarter.

  • The Natural Areas Department continues to reach diverse audiences with a variety of engaging opportunities.
